What can the Own Your Power course do for you?

This course teaches you how to work out your unique emotional triggers so you can take control of your emotions, rather than having them control you. Once you’ve figured out what makes you tick, you’ll be able to turn off the emotional charge in situations that don’t serve you and instead direct that energy towards things that you’re truly passionate about.
By the end of this course, you’ll no longer be drifting. Instead, you’ll be steering in the direction of positivity and making good headway towards your goals.

The Own Your Power course gives you the road map to help you figure your stuff out, but only you can do the work and to do that, it’s important that you’re ready.
How does it work?
The Own Your Power course works using three main principles - identify and unpick, realign and release.
Identify and Unpick
In step one you’ll work through practical tools to identify what you do and don’t want in your life, in terms of behaviours, feelings, relationships and projects. You’ll also identify the patterns that keep you stuck and your unique emotional triggers that fuel these pattern, bringing them to your awareness so you can start to unpick them. Throughout this stage you’ll create your self care toolkit to ensure you’re ready to nurture yourself, should the journey get challenging.
Once you’ve identified the patterns that anchor you down you’ll learn methods to address and understand them so they no longer hold you back. Using your new found awareness, you’ll practise self reflection exercises and become accustomed to catching yourself when you’re back in an old pattern. This’ll give you the chance to change your behaviour in the moment, and finally work on getting out of the rut. During this stage you’ll learn how to strengthen your values so that you’re only validating yourself by your personal value set and learn how to use emotional literacy in ways which will empower you and allow you to take full responsibility for your life.
Releasing the emotional energy that holds us back is a fundamental part of the empowerment journey and the way we release our energy is unique for every person and sometimes every situation. You’ll learn the strategies you need to release the charge from your emotions, and learn how to assess which therapies, development tools and other resources are right for you, allowing you to make an informed decision on what works best for you. Our emotional triggers are unique to each of us and by learning these strategies you’ll naturally increase your psychological and emotional flexibility, resilience and authenticity.
You’ll be left with a toolkit that’ll empower you to strive for your goals, equip you with the emotional intelligence and compassion to resolve conflict in all areas of your life. Once you know the tools, you can re-apply them again and again, meaning that after doing this program, not only can you empower yourself in any situation but you’ll also have the toolkit to help others become empowered too!
The Own Your Power course is ran online and is completed in your own time so it can fit around your schedule. Once downloaded, you’ll always have access to the course so you can go back to it whenever you need to.
